Cash on delivery anywhere in Bangladesh, and online payment through SSLCommerz, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, bKash, Nagad and most local bank cards and wallets.

Choose cash on delivery at checkout and pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. Please have the exact amount ready where you can. The total on the confirmation page is the amount to pay; there is no extra charge for paying on delivery.

Online payments are handled entirely by SSLCommerz on their secure payment page. Your card or wallet details go straight to them; we never see or store them.

The courier will call before arriving and will try again if they miss you. If the number on the order cannot be reached after repeated attempts, the parcel comes back to us and we will contact you to rearrange delivery.

You can return or exchange a piece within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unworn, undamaged and in its original box. Tell us first so we can arrange the return.

For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they arrive faulty. Pieces that have been resized, engraved or made to order cannot be returned unless there is a fault.

Once the piece is back with us and checked, we refund the price of the item. Online payments go back to the original payment method; cash on delivery orders are refunded by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. Delivery charges are refunded when the return is due to our mistake or a fault.

It means the metal is 92.5% pure silver. The remaining 7.5% is other metal, usually copper, added because pure silver is too soft to wear. Our silver pieces carry a 925 hallmark.

Rhodium is a bright, hard metal from the platinum family. A thin coating over 925 silver gives a brighter shine and helps protect the piece against scratches, tarnish and everyday wear.

Many people expect silver jewellery to cost the same as raw silver by weight. It does not, because each piece also carries a rhodium coating, and applying that coating costs far more than the rhodium metal itself. The coating gives a brighter shine and a protective layer against scratches, tarnish and wear. We work out every cost honestly to keep our prices fair.

Uncoated sterling silver darkens slowly as it reacts with air and moisture; the rhodium coating slows this down a great deal. Any dullness is a surface effect that wipes away with a soft cloth. Storing your pieces dry helps them keep their shine.

Water alone will not damage sterling silver, but soap, shampoo, chlorine and salt water dull the finish and wear coatings faster. We suggest taking jewellery off to bathe, swim and exercise.

Measure the inside diameter of a ring that already fits the same finger, or wrap a strip of paper around the finger and measure the length. Our size guide lists the US size for each measurement.

Choose the larger one. Fingers swell in warm weather and later in the day, and a wide band always fits tighter than a slim one.
