About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Silverish website and to every order placed through it. Silverish is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you order.

Products

• We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Small variations in size, weight and shade between the photographs and the piece you receive are normal and are not faults.
• Colours can look slightly different from one screen to another. Dimensions and weights given on product pages are approximate.
• All pieces are offered subject to availability.

Prices

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi taka (৳). Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.

If a piece is listed at an obviously incorrect price by mistake, we will contact you and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order if a piece is out of stock, if we cannot reach you on the phone number provided, if we cannot deliver to the address, or if we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, you will be refunded in full.

Please make sure your name, phone number and address are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

Payment

• Cash on delivery: you pay the courier in full when the parcel arrives. Repeatedly refusing cash on delivery parcels may lead us to ask for payment in advance on future orders.
• Online payment: card, bKash, Nagad and other online payments are processed by SSLCommerz on its own secure page. We never receive or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once SSLCommerz confirms the payment to us.

Delivery

We deliver within Bangladesh. Delivery costs ৳80 inside Dhaka and ৳150 outside Dhaka, and is free on orders of ৳5,000 or more. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Ownership of the goods and the risk of loss pass to you when the parcel is delivered. Full details are on our Shipping & returns page.

Returns and refunds

You may return or exchange eligible pieces within 7 days of delivery, as set out on our Shipping & returns page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws of Bangladesh.

Your account

You do not need an account to order. If you create one, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Using this website

The design, text, photographs and logos on this site belong to Silverish or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links and product images for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy the site, interfere with how it works, or try to access areas that are not meant for you.

Liability

We will always put right a faulty or wrongly delivered piece by repair, replacement or refund. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes or courier disruption.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the day you order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We would much rather resolve a problem directly, so please talk to us first.
